In every organization Cierra has served, she has stepped forward when something is missing. She identifies gaps, solves problems, and helps move the mission forward — whether coordinating communications, building relationships with community stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives, or organizing people around a common purpose.

The role of Secretary requires more than maintaining records and following procedures. It requires someone who can help strengthen the infrastructure of our party. Someone who values transparency. Someone who ensures that delegates, county parties, activists, elected officials, and grassroots leaders receive timely and accurate information. Someone who stands up against right-wing extremism.
